I believe in setting goals and accomplishing them. I do this by listening to my clients’ needs and desires and keeping them as my goals throughout the process. I am also a firm believer in being realistic about goals. This means I prefer to tell clients who are selling or buying a home what they need to know, rather than what they want to hear. This gives them sound information to make a decision that is best for them, and, in turn, strengthens our relationship for many years to come.

Buying residential or investment properties: I have access to all the listings in the Central Florida area including existing homes, new construction and even “for sale by owner” properties. I specialize in the 4 counties that surround Orlando: Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake. For investors or buyers seeking value, I work with pre-foreclosures on a regular basis. I also have access to outstanding lenders with many different mortgage products to assist with financing the purchase in a way that suits my clients’ needs and budget.
